We will also receive an exhibitors table at no additional cost at the DC Area Special Education Open House event held on January 31st, 2010 at the 4-H Center in Chevy Chase, Maryland.

Exhibitor fee includes one 6' dressed table and two chairs.

Space is limited and is assigned at Weinfeld Education Group's discretion, taking into consideration the exhibitor’s electrical needs, order of receipt of rental contracts and room configuration.

Diamonds in the Rough Conference Exhibitor Information

Display Rules and Regulations:

1. A single exhibit may be occupied by only one (1) organization or agency. Organizations displaying jointly must reserve tables according to the number of groups involved in the exhibit. The same group must occupy an exhibit for the duration of the conference.

2. All displays, demonstrations, sales activities, etc., must be contained within the reserved space and may not impede traffic through the aisles. No tape may be used on the walls.

3. Weinfeld Education Group, LLC reserves the right to restrict any exhibit that becomes objectionable, due to noise, method of operation, materials or for any other reason. WEG also reserves the right to prohibit any exhibit that, in the opinion of management, may detract from the general character of the exhibits as a whole. In this circumstance, WEG is not liable for any refund.

Exhibit Hours and Setup

University of Maryland, Shady Grove will be open at 6:30 a.m. on the first day of the conference for setup.
Exhibits are required to remain open until 4:00 pm each conference day.
Neither WEG nor University of Maryland provides equipment or employees to assist with the process or set-up or takedown.

Insurance/Liability

During the exhibit hours, the exhibitor's representative will be responsible for the security of the exhibit. Exhibitors wishing to insure their goods must do so at their own expense. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of damage to or injury sustained on the premises of the conference, and shall indemnify and hold Weinfeld Education Group, LLC harmless from any and all such injury, losses or damages.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Should it become necessary to cancel the reservation, your rental fee will be refunded to you in total if a written request is received at the WEG office on or before January 15, 2010.

Cancellation of the Conference:

The maximum extent of Weinfeld Education Group's liability, in the event of cancellation of the conference for any reason, will be repayment of the contract rental fees. This shall constitute a release from any and all obligations or liability for damages to the exhibitor.
