In short, he had done his homework and was prepared and ready to begin the interview to gather more in-depth information. I am happy that we were referred to Dr. F, who was kind, understanding and not condescending to my special needs nephew, which is something we've seen too often before. Dr. F gave explanations to the many questions we had, and he answered them patiently and completely, until we were satisfied that we understood.
